I have talked before about how great yoga is for the full mind, body and spirit spectrum. For lots of great reasons. In fact towards the end of an interview I tell you a great story of how doing yoga got me a First Class flight. Another great benefit! In this Podcast I interview Cherie Rigby, ex-World Power-lifting Champion (drug free) and now yoga instructor and advocate on why doing yoga is such a great happiness strategy on so many levels. In Will Bowen's great book 'A Complaint Free World' he shares a practice that he has developed where people challenge themselves to go for 21 consecutive days without complaining, criticizing or gossiping and what this does on your general well being. It is a great happiness strategy in that it takes your attention away from what is 'wrong' in a situation, so you can allow the 'great' to be expressed and also to focus on 'solutions' rather than 'problems'.
